Astor Eclipse C-UAS

The Astor Eclipse is a portable, ruggedized system designed for suppression of enemy air drones.

It detects and disrupts drones across all known FPV frequency ranges, offering enhanced protection for artillery, troops and other military vehicles and installations.

Featuring a sensitive receiver with high antenna gain for superior detection, it includes pre-programmed jamming modes for easy use. The omnidirectional antenna ensures spherical protection.

Battery-powered and fully self-contained, the Astor Eclipse could operate without the need for external connections providing reliable defense in the field.

Connected and integrated into a CUAS network, the Astor Eclipse contributes to an expanded capability of sensors and effectors.

Eclipse System function

Eclipse functions as a repeater jammer and the jamming is specifically aimed at disrupting the command link of drones. The Drone is blocked by responsive repeater jamming.

Eclipse receives the pilot control signal and uses it to neutralize the Drone.
Eclipse provides a blocking range of up to 80% (Distance Drone to jammer/Distance jammer to pilot).

Main Capabilities

Operational Modes	Manual: Operator defined frequency spectrum coverage for maximum probability of intercept when threat frequency is known. Semi-Auto: Automatic detection and man in the loop for enabling jamming. Automatic: Fully automatic operation. No tuning or man in the loop for enabling jamming required
Jamming Techniques	Swept jamming: Hits selected sections of the spectrum. Spot (targeted) jamming: Focuses only on the known drone frequencies for minimizing unwanted disruption. Smart jamming: Reactive spot jamming that dynamically follows frequency changes and disrupt the link.
Minimizing unwanted disruption	Define frequency bands where jamming is suppressed to allow friendly radio communications
Easy integration with C2 system	Ready for extending your cUAS capabilities by integrating with your C2 system using the Sapient protocol.
Secure Over-the-air (OTA) software updates	The system is highly software defined and has over the air software updates available, to easily and securely deploy updates in the field enabling short turnaround times.
Flexible HMI solution	Support for HMI on Toughbook, rugged tablet or similar. Optional ruggedized control module for use in harsh environments available.
